The British High Commissioner, Thomas Drew CMG Monday introduced another Visa Application Center here to improve the client experience of those applying for a UK visa. British High Commissioner inaugurates new Joint Visa Application Centre in Islamabad.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, he said the new Joint Visa Application Centre would facilitate customers applying for a visa to the United Kingdom.
It is deliberately-located in a building close to public transport and with devoted nearby parking, said an official statement.
He said it will allow us to offer a more convenient and comfortable service and shows our commitment to strong UK-Pakistan relations.
The facilities available to customers include a new On Demand Mobile Visa, offering convenience for customers in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
This gives candidates the alternative of completing their visa application, including biometric enlistment, from the comfort of their home, office or any area of their choice.

Visa Application Center is imparted to the Australian High Commission and was together opened with the Australian Deputy High Commissioner.
