Ranbir came to her rescue and calmed her down. Alia further added, “He understood that and said, ‘Okay, now you’re going to get really anxious, so let’s talk about it.’ We discussed everything from Bandra to Juhu, and eventually, I realised this is just part of life."Anxious on Raha's face reveal dayOn the podcast, Alia also recollected how the public reacted when they didn’t reveal Raha’s face soon after her birth. She clarified, “I still get little uncomfortable, I'll be honest like, don't flash in eyes guys and like you know whatever and all, but I also realised there's only love for her and she's a beautiful baby.” In December 2023, Alia disclosed her process of dealing with anxiety in an AMA on Instagram. She wrote, “We all have certain things that might trigger our anxiety – for example, I find myself getting very worked up with any sudden change or a situation I have no control over... but it took me a long while to understand that... so prior to any of these moments, I just try and be aware of it and if it's too much, I allow myself to check out and feel the way I feel.” Alia’s latest release is Jigra, which was released on October 11 in Hindi and Telugu. Vasan Bala directed the film, which co-starred Vedang Raina, Manoj Pahwa, Rahul Ravindran, Vivek Gomber, and others.
