Malaika Arora‘s father Anil Mehta passed away tragically on September 11. According to the reports, he jumped from the balcony of his Bandra residence leaving everyone in shock.
Bollywood celebrities paid their respects and attended his last rites. Arjun Kapoor, who was dating Malaika but has allegedly now broken up, was seen having the actress’ back and keeping her close. Amid all this, as the paparazzi tried to come near her car, Arjun lost his cool.
Arjun Kapoor gets angry at paps
Paparazzi have been sharing updates about Malaika’s father’s demise and last rites since the incident happened. Last night, as the actress was getting in her car while grieving, a pap tried to get a closer shot of her and this made Arjun Kapoor furious. He yelled at the pap and told him to leave the way so actress’ car can leave.
Arjun Kapoor has been a constant source of support for Malaika in these testing times. Earlier this year, it was reported that Malaika and Arjun had ended their relationship over irreconcilable differences. However, they haven’t opened up about the same.
Malaika Arora’s father passes away
Last night, Salman Khan visited Mall’s father’s Bandra residence to offer condolences. Actress’ ex-husband Arbaaz Khan, along with his wife, Sshura Khan, were also seen at the house and at the crematorium lending support to the grieving family.
Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora’s father Anil Kuldip Mehta, aged 65, jumped to death from the balcony of their Mumbai residence on September 11. The police officials are suspecting a case of suicide. He was cremated on September 12 after a post-mortem was conducted. The result indicated that he died of multiple injuries.
