Gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne is gearing up for pre-season!
The 21-year-old, who is a student-athlete at Louisiana State University, gave followers a behind-the-scenes look at her training regimen for pre-season.
On Tuesday, August 20 the influencer posted a reel on Instagram to the viral soundbite “holy spirit activate,” the audio clip hails from an episode of Celebrity Family Feud.

Throughout the video, Dunne splices together different clips of her training. She is first seen practicing on the uneven bars, which many people consider to be her best apparatus.
The video then cuts to her doing some strength training with what looks to be a medicine ball before doing some hanging leg raises. She finishes the video by working on her balance as she is seen in a handstand-like position on the floor.
Text saying “I will survive pre-szn” appears three times on top of the reel, perhaps to reinforce the sentiment to herself.
The former USA national team member captioned the reel “5th times the charm!” and included a few hashtags.
Fans were quick to compliment the model’s impressive athleticism.
One person commented, “Looking great Livvy ❤️.”
“I look forward to seeing you on your final year as a Tiger,” another individual wrote, referring to the Louisiana State mascot.
Someone else commented “No pain no gain !!!”
In July, Dunne announced on social media that this would be her final season on the Louisiana State University team.
While Dunne was not a contender for the 2024 U.S. women’s artistic gymnastics team, she was still spotted in Paris cheering on her fellow gymnasts.
