Victoria’s Secret model’s lavish home ransacked in cruel £1million robbery

Victoria’s Secret model Daniela Braga has suffered a heartbreaking home raid, losing all of her high-value and sentimental belongings.

The Brazilian supermodel’s lavish home in Los Angeles was ransacked by thieves last Tuesday, according to TMZ. Burglars are thought to have made off with more than £1million worth of designer bags and jewellery, including her engagement and wedding rings.

She arrived home to find a smashed window, with two safes missing and a haul of her personal items. The U.S. outlet reports that the Los Angeles Police Department are investigating, but are yet to make any arrests, according to TMZ.

Daniela told her followers on Instagram that thieves nabbed every piece of jewellery in her house, revealing they’d torn apart her closet. She admitted feeling “violated” after the invasion of privacy. Shameless thieves also took her baby’s ultrasound image.

Jewellery once belonging to her mother-in-law was also stolen in the robbery. It’s becoming a new trend in LA with Hollywood couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson also recently hit with a home burglary. Earlier this month, thieves smashed through glass to access a guest house on their sprawling Californian property and turned the place over.

The incident took place only “a few weeks ago” and luckily, their main residence remained untouched. What was taken during the heist is still unknown, as police continue their investigations without having made any arrests so far. This concerning event comes not long after their son Chet Hanks, 34, faced an unwelcome visitor at his own home.

During that episode, it was reported that the individual struggled with police upon arrest, although Chet was not harmed. Also, Modern Family star Sarah Hyland also had a terrifying experience when two burglars allegedly broke into her home last month.

Reports state the incident occurred around sunset on July 27 at her LA home, with intruders also gaining entry by smashing a window. Hyland, 33, was not at home during the break-in but was alerted to the situation by her home security system.

She watched in real-time as the masked men exited her property via her security cameras. The alarm system notified the police, who arrived at the scene to find the house empty – the burglars had already fled.

It’s unclear if anything was taken and what the potential value of any stolen items might be. No arrests have been made, according to TMZ who first reported the incident happened while Hyland has been staying in New York City for the summer, where she’s playing Audrey in an Off-Broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors.
