A YouTube star, branded the “most beautiful biker” on the internet, has died in a devastating crash after she reportedly “lost control” and collided with a truck while riding in Turkey.
Tatyana Ozolina, better known to her legion of fans as MotoTanya, boasted an impressive online following, with 5 million TikTok enthusiasts, 2 million YouTube subscribers, and a million Instagram followers. It’s understood that she was navigating her red BMW S1000RR 2015 on the road from Mugla to Bodrum when the fatal incident occurred.
Local police are still investigating the accident, but reports say that she lost control after her motorcycle was clipped by another motorcyclist. It is believed MotoTanya, who has a 13-year-old son, passed away at the scene of the accident. A fellow Turkish motorcyclist, Onur Obut, who was with her managed to survive but sustained serious injuries, while another rider escaped unscathed.
The YouTuber was in Turkey after being refused entry to the EU at the Greek border due to the barriers put in place amid President Vladimir Putin’s war against Ukraine. She said of her journey in Turkey: “4000km from home. Greece missed me but didn’t miss my motorcycle. Yes. I was in Greece on foot. I bought a magnet and returned back to Turkey.

“I was upset that I didn’t get to ride in Europe, but not too much, because I knew that this could happen. So I go on, to conquer the beautiful, warm and hospitable Turkey.” Head of the MotoMoscow Association, Andrei Ivanov, paid tribute to the social media star, writing: “MotoTanya is not with us anymore…she had a bright and beautiful life.… Millions of people followed her. Perhaps there is not a single motorcyclist in the country who was indifferent to Tatyana.
“She was adored, envied, admired, copied, awarded as a top blogger and, at the same time, discussed and slandered. Now all that remains is her memory. Sleep well.”
Fans also paid tribute to the motorcyclist, with one writing on her Instagram page: “Positive, cheerful, in love with life, bright, beautiful girl.. anyway, in our evil World, there are not many people like that.. and it’s especially a pity when they leave. Condolences to family and friends, son separately.”
Another posted: “Still can’t believe it.. today I am crying for the first time because of this news… eternal season beauty moto Tanya,” while one added: “Everlasting season, inspirational woman! You’ll forever be a piece of my heart.” One heartbroken fan posted: “Rest in peace Tanya. Parents and Seva, millions of people will mourn with you. Just breaks my heart into pieces. Hang in there, be strong.”
