Ben Affleck has been in the industry since the late 90s, and has become one of the most recognized faces in the industry. The actor has been an A-lister in Hollywood, where he has portrayed characters who have kept their cool in the worst situations possible.
However, he has been making headlines for some time because of the divorce rumors with his wife, Jennifer Lopez. While the couple are finding a way to carve their path to a happy relationship, the Air actor lost his calm at the paparazzi after they lined up near his home in Beverly Hills.
This provoked him to the extent that Affleck got out of his car and explained how their actions might have caused a serious accident.
Ben Affleck Snaps At The Paparazzi For Violating Safety Concerns
Ben Affleck has seen some serious ups and downs in his life, as reports of his alleged divorce from Jennifer Lopez are circulating the internet, and things are looking grim for Bennifer 2.0.
Following the rumors, on Sunday, when Affleck was leaving his house, a line of paparazzi were waiting outside the actor’s house to click pictures of him. Affleck was seen driving off in a video posted by TMZ, but he abruptly stopped because the camera flashes were blinding him.
He reversed his car and got out, looking visibly upset with the action. He warned them about their behavior and emphasized how it could be “dangerous,” and they might cause an accident.
He said,
Listen, man, you’re going to get me in an accident. Don’t flash your lights as I’m driving down the driveway. Don’t do that. That’s dangerous. You don’t even know if that’s me. You could cause an accident.
He added that their actions would put the life of his daughter in danger, and he does not want to repeat their actions.
If you flash your lights on her, you’re putting her in danger. Do you understand that?
The actor’s actions were justified, as the internet supported him, telling him how the photographers were inciting safety concerns and might have caused a serious accident that could have put the life of the Good Will Hunting actor or his family members’ lives in grave danger.
The Baddest Man and The Internet Support Ben Affleck Fuming at The Paparazzi
As TMZ shared the video of the Gone Girl actor going off at the paparazzi for snapping pictures and blinding him, the internet came together, supporting him. Not only did they snap photos of him without his consent, but it also led to a safety hazard for those on the road.
Fans commented on the post, calling out the actions of the paparazzi and wanting action to be taken against them. In addition, Affleck’s actions were endorsed by Jon Jones, the Baddest Man on the Planet, who ruled the Octagon, in a 1-word comment on the TMZ video.
@dona_06diabla commented, “He is right. They should not be allowed to be so close to his house.”
@christopherjonmedia commented, “Bro is speaking facts; flashing lights in a drivers eyes should 100% be illegal….oh wait it is!!!”
@opalmac commented, “That was calm if you ask me….”
@jonnybones commented, “a**holes”
@bellahgwenh commented, “So why is there no law against paparazi? They really do cross boundaries.”
Nevertheless, the actor calmly solved the situation as he rationally showcased the paparazzi’s fault and left the scene without making a huge fuss about their reckless actions.
Hopefully, the paparazzi would have listened to Affleck and would not repeat their reckless actions, putting the lives of other celebrities in grave danger.
