Shah Rukh Khan appeared to have recovered from his heat stroke and is ready to cheer on KKR in the IPL 2024 finale match against RR.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan headed to Chennai on Sunday afternoon to attend the IPL 2024 finale match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). Shah Rukh was spotted days after he was hospitalised for heat stroke and dehydration. His recent spotting hints that he has fully recovered and is ready to cheer his team on.
In the video shared by a paparazzo, SRK was seen making his way into the private airport in Mumbai. The actor avoided the paparazzi. An umbrella was used to cover him from the cameras and SRK also dressed in fully covered clothes to avoid getting clicked. Watch the video below:
Earlier last week, Shah Rukh was hospitalised in Ahmedabad a day after his team, KKR advanced into the IPL 2024 finals. The actor reportedly had a heat stroke and was dehydrated. Gauri Khan rushed to Ahmedabad to be by his side. Speaking with News18, KKR’s co-owner Juhi Chawla said, “Shah Rukh was not feeling too well last night but he is being attended to and was feeling much better this evening. God willing, he will soon be up, and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team, as we play the finals.”
Meanwhile, fans are hoping KKR would win and Shah Rukh would head out for another victory lap. For the unversed, after the big win in the IPL in the play-offs, the actor celebrated by taking a victory lap with his daughter Suhana and youngest son AbRam. During the lap, he struck his signature arms-outstretched pose for thousands of fans at the stadium and also hugged his team players and planted kisses on their cheeks. That apart, SRK, known for his encouraging demeanour, also uplifted the Sunrisers Hyderabad players, chatting with them after the match.
