As the director-producer arrived at the Mumbai airport on May 16 dressed like SRK’s character from his film ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, the paparazzi couldn’t help but call him ‘Shah Rukh Khan.’ This made the filmmaker smile.
Karan Johar looked dapper in a tan trench coat over a white shirt, paired with matching white pants and chunky sneakers. He completed the look with statement sunglasses and a matching travel bag.
Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan are great friends. Not only have they worked together on several films, but their friendship spans decades.
Karan to host ‘Bigg Boss’ OTT 3?
Karan Johar has been making headlines recently amid speculation that he might host Bigg Boss OTT 3. The highly anticipated third season of Bigg Boss OTT will be airing soon. While the final list of contestants is yet to be revealed, it’s rumoured that original host Salman Khan won’t be conducting the show this time. Reportedly, the makers have now approached other Bollywood stalwarts to host the reality show.
A source close to the production house informed Pinkvilla that ‘Salman Khan is facing date issues; however, makers are keen on having him onboard.’ The report further stated, ‘In case Khan’s schedule didn’t work out, makers have approached Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, and Karan Johar to host the show.’
Karan Johar hosted the first season of Bigg Boss OTT, while Sanjay Dutt hosted Bigg Boss Season 5. Johar is reportedly busy with shooting and has yet to meet the makers of the show. Anil Kapoor’s meeting with the team is also pending, while Sanjay Dutt will soon meet the producers.
In the first season of Bigg Boss OTT, Divya Agarwal emerged as the winner. While no name for Bigg Boss OTT 3 has been confirmed, it was previously reported that Ankita Lokhande’s husband, Vicky Jain, might participate in the show without her.
