Gary Busey was spotted urinating in public near a Malibu newstand on Thursday while smiling at paparazzi with his penis fully exposed. This is not the first time the actor has been caught relieving himself or made headlines for poor decisions.
Busey, 79, recently went viral for allegedly rear-ending a woman’s car before driving away. She recorded and chased him after the hit-and-run, which occurred September 2023. but he drove off without a care in the world.

The “Point Break” actor also made headlines in August 2022 when he was photographed pulling his pants down while sitting on a park bench, though that happened on private property.
Busey’s reps said at the time that it’s possible he simply pulled his pants down upon realizing the bathroom was too far to make it without an accident. Perhaps the same thing happened again.

Several media outlets, including TMZ, ridiculed Busey for his behavior, but it might be a cry for help from an elderly man with mental health issues.
Busey suffered a near-fatal motorcycle accident about 35 years ago and some believe he suffered severe damage to the frontal lobe of his brain.
“The post-accident version of him turned his personality up to 11,” said Jake Busey, the actor’s son, shortly after the crash. “I feel like I lost my dad on December 4, 1988.”
