Grande left the show with a program signed by actors Rannells and Gad, sharing a snap to her Instagram story.
“Had the best time!” she captioned the photo, tagging her fellow actors.
The duo’s sweet evening comes months after their relationship made headlines.
In July it was reported that Ariana Grande had began her new relationship with her Wicked co-star just days after her split from husband Dalton Gomez was announced.
Aside from what the public perceived as a quick transition, fans also began to speculate that Grande and her new beau had been seeing each other while Slater was married to his high school sweetheart with whom he shares a child.
The speculation was only fanned further when the star’s estranged wife Lilly Jay spoke out saying she had been “watching with horror as stories are published speaking to [her] experience”.
“[Ariana’s] the story, really. Not a girl’s girl,” Jay also told Page Six.
“My family is just collateral damage.”
