Chloe Madeley and James Haskell look like very friendly exes as they are seen together after a sweaty workout session.

The couple announced they had split in September after five years of marriage, but are still living together as they co-parent their 16-month old daughter Bodhi. However, they sparked rumours of a reconciliation as they were seen leaving a gym in north London together, with Chloe, 36, trying to cover her face with her blonde hair and hood.

It comes just days after they were seen enjoying a pub lunch together with Bodhi, and were also spotted on another dinner date without their daughter, fuelling rumours they would get back together. Chloe has already revealed James will be spending Christmas with her and her family, including mum and dad Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan, and they would be taking a trip together to see The Nutcracker.

While they both insisted in their joint statement that they would not be talking about their marriage breakdown, just last week James was making comments about their divorce during a live show, and claimed his wife was unreasonable, critical and sensitive. He spoke out about his marriage as he appeared alongside close pals Mike Tindall and Alex Payne as the trio took to the stage in Bath for a live version of their podcast World Cup Afterparty: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

He began the show by pleading with the audience to not film him, as he claimed he was about to get “cancelled” and needed the money. “I need the cash because I am about to lose half of it. It’s true. That is if she (Chloe) can find it. I always forget where I put it – the Cayman Islands, Switzerland. No, at the moment I haven’t got a pot to p**s in,” James shared.

Later on in the show, the former rugby player discussed Mike’s personality when he’s drunk, and joked the “real MIke” comes out “after eight bottles of rosé and three bottles of red wine.” He quipped: “Then he basically tells you everything that you have ever done wrong and where you have gone wrong with complete disregard for any sensitivity – or anything he has ever done wrong – and also is completely out of context. And he won’t be reasoned with and he will not be argued with, right.”

After a short pause, he sarcastically added: “Sounds like my wife actually. Ex-wife actually. No. It’s not official yet. Don’t put that in the papers.” Despite James’ negative comments, his father-in-law admitted he had a great respect for the couple, and how they have handled their split. “It’s a very civilised, grown-up situation,” the Good Morning Britain host told the Daily Mail. We’re still family. The split between James and Chloe is all very amicable and they’re getting on really well.”

Chloe stunned fans as she revealed she and James had already pitched a second series of their ITV2 reality show Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair, even though they are divorcing. Their tumultuous relationship played out to shocked viewers in the first series, and while she and James are no longer together, she confessed she now wants the show to solely focus on her.

“We’ve pitched it and are waiting to hear. While it’ll be focused primarily on me, everyone will still be involved, (my) parents and James because we co-parent very well,” Chloe explained.
