An unimpressed Fred Sirieix shared his frustration after two celebrities neglected their camp duties – after last night’s meal.
The First Dates star noticed that campmates Nella and Josie forgot to put away the pans after washing them. He mentioned the pans needed another wash as the campmates were preparing to make breakfast.
Some celebrities noticed they were joined by rats in the morning – and figured the rodents sniffed the pans they used to eat their meal with the night before. Fred explained in the Bush Telegraph: “Nella and Josie didn’t put the pans away in the box last night, so what happened, they were left outside and rodents came in and went inside the pans because they could smell the food.”

Camp leader Sam sleepily said: “Any pots and pans that were left out last night need to be re-washed. Anything could crawl over it. It’s a health hazard.” Nick volunteered: “I’ll go wash it then.”
Sam in the Bush Telegraph admitted: “I’m not very good at giving orders, I’m going to be honest with you. Had to do it, comes with the job title. Nella and Josie, they’ve done a lot of washing up already, I made the executive decision, anyone that wants to do it, they can do it. Nick actually took it because he’s a really good lad.”
Fans were less than amused by the camp drama. One fan of the show wrote: “i’m getting a bit sick of this drama about pots and pans, this isn’t “how clean is your house.” Another irritated viewer wrote: “Surely anyone can put the pots and pans away.”
A third viewer agreed: “They are right about the pots and pans though especially when there’s rats scurrying about. Those who wash the pots should have put them away.”
