Animal movie review live updates: Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol’s revenge drama is finally releasing in theatres on December 1. Alongside Ranbir and Bobby, Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna will be seen in lead roles in Animal. The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and revolves around a father and son’s toxic relationship. While Anil plays the emotionally unavailable father, Ranbir plays the role of the traumatised, angry son. Despite the toxicity, Ranbir’s character is conditioned into believing that his father is the ‘best father’ in the world.
Recently, the Animal trailer was released in Delhi with Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna by Ranbir’s side. Speaking at the press conference, Ranbir compared Animal with Karan Johar’s Khushi Kabhie Kabhi Gham. “This is an adult-rated Khushi Kabhie Kabhi Gham,” Ranbir had said.
Earlier, Animal was slated to be released on August 11 this year and it would have clashed with Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 and Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi’s OMG 2.
