The hints about Game of Thrones’ final season continue to spill out, with star Peter Dinklage that season eight’s finale will give Tyrion Lannister a lovely end.
But even that doesn’t mean Tyrion Lannister will necessarily make it out alive.
Peter Dinklage said,
“It ends beautifully for my character,Whether it be tragic or not.”
“There are no better writers in television than Dan Weiss and David Beniof,They ended the show BRILLIANTLY “

Peter Dinklage sounded a more optimistic note than his co-star Sophie Turner, who told IGN last month that she predicts the ending will be estranging.
“A lot of tears. I think, you know, as an actor it was really satisfying — I think for everyone, everyone’s storylines — to be able to act out the way that it all ends. It was really satisfying for us,
Sophie Turner said,
“Who knows if it will be satisfying for the fans. I think a lot of fans will be disappointed and a lot of fans will be over the moon, I think. I think it will be really interesting to see people’s reactions, but for me reading the script it was just like heartbreaking to read at the very final page of the script it just says, ‘End of Game of Thrones’. That was really emotional.”
“I still don’t accept that it’s done. It’s basically been the majority of my life. I’m still very much processing it.”
In regards to Dark Phoenix and doing any more X-Men movies, Turner said,
“I approach every project as if it’s my last just in case because I don’t want to be let down. But I think with the ending of this story there’s always room to do more X-Men. We always kind of leave it open so there’s that option. I heard rumors here and there but all of them are conflicting so I probably know as much as you but hopefully this one grabs the audience enough that they want to see another one. Who knows.”
She also said that she was surrounded by a lot of her fellow cast members on her last day, and was presented with a note from showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss alongside a storyboard of their favourite Sansa moment.
Teasing her character in the final season, Sophie says that Sansa is very “self-assured” this time around, after teaming up with sister Arya to get rid of Littlefinger in season seven.
Kit Harrington seemed much on the same page, comparing Game of Thrones to other legendary shows that didn’t wrap up with tidy endings.
he told ,
“My favorite TV shows are Sopranos, Breaking Bad, and The Wire,And they all ended in a way that didn’t satisfy you.I think a TV series that’s spanned eight, nine years is an incredibly difficult thing to end,”
“I think not everyone’s going to be happy, you know, and you can’t please everyone.”
