With many of our favourite shows returning for a new season over the last few weeks, there’s also been many a great movie added also.
While cinemas are notably quieter during the summer season, Netflix is not following the same rule. Yes, the streaming service is seriously upping its game as of late and we’re all for it.
And while searching through them all might be an overwhelming task, we’ve taken steps to make it a little easier. Namely, doing all the hard work for you and picking out some of our favourites.

1. All I See Is You
Plot: A blind woman’s relationship with her husband changes when she regains her sight and discovers disturbing details about themselves.
Plot: Following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy fights through grief and trauma to regain her faith, console her children, and define her husband’s historic legacy.
Plot: The love life of Charlotte is reduced to an endless string of disastrous blind dates, until she meets the perfect man, Kevin. Unfortunately, his merciless mother will do anything to destroy their relationship.
4. Jason Bourne
Plot: Once again on the run from the government, the former spy is back to take on a shadowy cyber plot and solve the mystery behind this father’s death.
5. The Glass Castle
Plot: A young girl comes of age in a dysfunctional family of nonconformist nomads with a mother who’s an eccentric artist and an alcoholic father who would stir the children’s imagination with hope as a distraction to their poverty.
6. Mississippi Burning
Plot: Two F.B.I. Agents, with wildly different styles, arrive in Mississippi to investigate the disappearance of some civil rights activists.
7. Like Father
Plot: A workaholic woman who is left at the altar takes her honeymoon trip anyway with her overachieving father who left her mother because he believed his family was holding back his career.
