A video of Shilpa Shetty arriving at Anil Kapoor’s home with Raj Kundra has everyone talking.
On the special day of Karwa Chauth, married women fast for their husband’s well being. To celebrate the occasion, Bollywood’s leading ladies, like Natasha Dalal, Shilpa Shetty, Mira Rajput and Geeta Basra, gather at Anil Kapoor’s Mumbai residence to celebrate the day. This year, the tradition continued and Shilpa Shetty, who is married to businessman Raj Kundra was also in attendance and she looked charming in her Pink saree. A video of her entering Anil’s home with Raj Kundra has gained popularity online, as they engaged in a fun banter with the paparazzi that quickly caught attention on the Internet.
Both Shilpa and Raj graciously posed for photographers as they arrived and paparazzi excitedly shouted, “Shilpa ji ka chand.” Later, as Shilpa picked up her sieve (chalni), Raj putting it down said, “Mask nahi chahiye,” which left everyone amused. Meanwhile, Shilpa looked stunning in a traditional pink sari with a similar coloured blouse. Her attire was complemented by a gold choker, red bangles, mangalsutra and sindoor, giving her an elegant and traditional look for the occasion. While, Raj wore a simple white Kurta and Pyjama, with black shoes.
Before celebrating Karwa Chauth, Shilpa Shetty shared a sneak peak of her Sargi thali on her Instagram Stories. The picture showed various items, including bangles, bindi packet and sweets such as malpua, sutarpheni and laddoos. Additionally, the thali also included a sieve and mehendi cones for shringaar.
During the celebrations, the Hungama 2 actress captured a special moment and shared a video featuring all the ladies. Among them were Sunita Kapoor, Reema Jain, Akanksha Malhotra, Mira Rajput, Natasha Dalal, Mana Shetty and Geeta Basra, all performing the rituals. Sharing the video, Shilpa expressed her gratitude and wrote, “Happy Karva Chauth ladies. Thank you, Sunita Kapoor, for all the meticulous planning and carrying out the rituals with so much love.”
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty was recently seen in the film Sukhee, which also starred Kusha Kapila, Amit Sadh, Chaitannya Choudhury, Dilnaz Irani, Pavleen Gujral, Kiran Kumar and Vinod Nagpal. The actress is set to make her next appearance in a Kannada film titled KD – The Devil, which is directed by Prem. This movie also features actors like Dhruva Sarja, Reeshma Nanaiah, Sanjay Dutt and V Ravichandran.
