Holly Willoughby was flooded with messages on social media after Dancing On Ice posted an announcement about the show’s presenter.
Former This Morning host Holly had broken her break from TV to make her return on ITV’s skating competition, alongside Stephen Mulhern after Phillip Schofield quit the broadcaster, and the Dancing On Ice Instagram was flooded with messages after they posted a celebratory tribute on Holly’s 43rd birthday. The mum-of-three enjoyed her big day on Saturday and the Dancing On Ice official Instagram account shared: “Happy birthday to the one and only Holly Willoughby! We hope you’re having a wonderful day.”

There were plenty of stars from the current series of Dancing On Ice who were quick to share their congratulations to Holly with best wishes for her birthday. Among the first to reply was former Olympic ski jumper Eddie Eagle, who commented simply: “Happy birthday.”
Adele Roberts added her support, writing “Happy birthday Holly”, while Abbey Clancy commented “Love you birthday girl”, and current This Morning presenter Alison Hammond added: “Happy birthday queen.” Christine Lampard, who is one of Holly’s closest friends, posted: “Happy Birthday gorgeous girl @hollywilloughby Hope you’re having the best day!!!” Holly shared her thanks to Christine for the message, replying: “Love you.”

Spice Girls star Emma Bunton took to her Instagram to post a selfie with Holly and Michael McIntyre. She wrote: “Happy birthday my beautiful friend @hollywilloughby.” Nicole Appleton also shared a tribute to the presenter. Posting a selfie to her Instagram, Nicole added birthday emojis to the snap and gushed: “Happy birthday,” and “love you.” Leigh Francis, also known as Keith Lemon, sent a birthday message to Holly by sharing a series of photos of the pair over the years.
Holly’s sister Kelly also wished her a happy birthday on social media with a childhood photo. She wrote: “Happy, happy birthday my darling Holly Dolly. Love you more than a Tommy’s Margarita … can’t say it any clearer than that! Have the best day.”
Holly’s birthday comes just 36 hours after she made a return to hosting events with her taking the helm at the Great Ormond Street Hospital charity Valentine’s ball on Thursday. Writing about this moment on social media, Holly posted on Instagram: “What a wonderful evening and a complete honour to be hosting the Love GOSH gala dinner for Great Ormond Street Hospital @greatormondst. Thank you to everyone who came and dug deep to raise an ENORMOUS amount of money to go towards a new state-of-the-art Children’s Cancer Centre at GOSH. Always grateful for my lovely date @patsyoneillmakeup and really enjoyed meeting Gareth who spoke so honestly about his daughter Sienna’s treatment for leukaemia… Heart is full special mention to Charlie Ross the auctioneer and @rebecca_ferguson and @feelinginsta who lit up the dance floor.”
