Kim Kardashian fans think she’s ditched butt implants as she’s unrecognisable

Kim Kardashian critics are speculating the star has had her bum and breast implants removed after she shared unrecognisable snaps on social media.

The 43-year-old took to Instagram earlier this week to upload photos from her latest shoot, which showed her posing in a skintight metallic purple cutout dress. The mother-of-four looked relaxed as she struck a variety of poses that showed off her eye-catching outfit, but many of her eagle-eyed fans were concerned as they pointed out Kim had lost a lot of weight.

Some suggested she had her rumoured butt implants removed, while others noted that the cut-out dress indiatied her reported breast implants had also been taken out. “I just don’t understand the attraction of seeing bones and rib cages,” one worried fan commented. “I love Kim! But get a little thick again mama ! Your curves were everything!!” another agreed.

In a thread on Reddit, fans shared their theories over Kim’s changing physique, with one suggesting she covered up her breast reduction surgery by claiming she was recovering from a broken shoulder in August last year. “She probably used her ‘shoulder surgery’ back in Sept/October as an excuse of a new boob job,” one commented, as another added: “Her body never looks the same in any 2 photos.”

Others criticised Kim’s fondness for heavily editing her photos on social media which makes her body look different in every image. “I personally believe it’s all angles, photoshop, and the types of clothes they where that affects how we perceive them differently every time,” another fan explained. “I feel like it’s a mix of boob tape flattening the every living f**k out of her boobs/her extreme weight loss. Although I’ve never seen her look the same ever, every post she looks like a diff person,” one Reddit user mused.

Kim has never confirmed rumours she has gone under the knife, and famously had a scan of her rear end during an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians to prove her bum was 100% real. However, she has admitted to having Botox, but revealed she draws a line at fillers – something her little sister Kylie Jenner has confessed to having in the past.

Revealing she’s had “a little bit of Botox” on her face, she said she “genuinely cares” about looking good, especially as a mother to four young children. “It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments,” she told Allure.
