An uncomfortable moment between Salma Hayek and Nicole Kidman was caught on camera.
In September, both women attended the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week, and a clip of them getting into it posing for photographers has recently gone viral.
It is hard to dissect what exactly happened between the two Hollywood starlets, but in the video, Hayek, 58, first put her hands on the Australian superstar’s body, attempting to turn her around to face the camera. Kidman, 57, pushed Hayek’s hand off her and seemingly stated, “Don’t touch me,” as a photographer exclaimed, “Salma, one more,” and “Ladies, one more, please.”
Kidman then greeted Katy Perry — standing next to her — with a hug and kiss. After that, the Practical Magic star and Hayek exchanged words before Kidman walked away as Perry, 39, joined Hayek for some photos. The same cameraman said, “Nicole, please with Salma.”
After Kidman walked off, Hayek appeared to say, “Yes, please, advice.” Kidman, who was no longer visible in the video, seemingly stated, “You don’t need it,” Hayek replied, “I do.” It is unclear what advice Hayek was asking for.

Fans were divided about which woman was right (or wrong) in the situation and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to voice their opinions on the unexpected moment.
Some people strongly supported the Batman Forever actress and did not like Grown Ups alum invading her personal space.
“Salma Hayek is thirsty for attention. She has no business blocking Nicole Kidman’s way or directing her. I don’t care who her husband is. Unless, of course, Nicole’s contract with Balenciaga says she has to follow direction from B list actress Hayek.,” one fan posted on the platform.
“Some people can’t stand overly touchy individuals. When she gives off the nonverbal cue of ‘Get your hands off me,’ she means business. Respect her boundaries. Salma only thrives on the attention of the paparazzi to stay relevant.,” an individual commented.

Others took Hayek’s side and thought she did not do anything wrong.
“Lol, Salma was pushing her out of the way politely,” one person wrote on the app.
“No one disses #SalmaHayek no matter who you are!!!!,” a fan commented.
Kidman was notably married to actor Tom Cruise after meeting on the set of Days of Thunder — the pair married in 1990 and divorced in 2001. Hayek has a deep-rooted friendship with Cruise, 62. The Frida star even wished him a happy birthday with her Instagram story this year.
