Katie Ginella couldn’t have picked a more tumultuous season to make her Real Housewives of Orange County debut. Season 18 has been filled with too much drama to keep track of. And there’s Katie in the middle, trying to find her footing in the reality TV world.
Despite all of the drama between Shannon Beador and Alexis Bellino, Katie decided to kick off her debut by going after Heather Dubrow. As the veteran stars have stated, it’s not the smartest choice. Katie has been determined to get Heather to admit she calls the paparazzi on herself, even bringing a half-hearted receipt from an alleged paparazzi contact as “proof.” However, her argument has been weak. Instead of backing down, Katie is apparently determined to see this feud through.
Katie Ginella teases more alleged tea
During a recent interview with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, Katie teased fans that she has plenty of receipts. “There is more,” Katie explained. “My husband and I have been in media for 20 years. We’ve known this person, and he is in charge of a big company that controls the paparazzi.” Heather isn’t going to like this hint, that’s for sure.
Katie didn’t want to go into further details as to protect the source’s job and identity. “I guess it’s going to look like that’s not a good enough receipt, but I’m going to be respectful to a friend, a dear friend,” Katie said. However, she did say that she thinks Heather is playing on “semantics” with her denial. “Heather said, ‘I didn’t call, I didn’t call,’” Katie continued. “Well, that doesn’t mean your assistant or a friend [didn’t]. It’s pretty obvious.” It sounds like Katie and Heather still have a lot to unpack at what’s sure to be a fiery reunion.
