The beautiful actress Taapsee Pannu is one of those few celebrities who show no hesitation in speaking on various matters and pour their hearts out whenever they get a chance.
Recently, Taapsee gave an interview in which she talked about the paparazzi, her fights with them and why she is not interested in appeasing them. She claimed that nowadays the paparazzi don’t have any interest in positive news, they just look for negative or sensational news.
During an interview, Taapsee Pannu said, “Click kaise karoge tum? Mujhe batao achhi baaton pe kaun click karta? Mujhe batao tumne last news kaun si achhi pe click kar dia ho? Ab ye wali news zyada sensational hai. (How will you click then? Tell me who clicks on positive news? When was the last time you clicked on positive news? Now, this kind of news is more sensational). ‘She’s being nasty and rude to paparazzi’ so everyone is like, ‘Kya ho gaya, kya ho gaya, dekhna padega’ (what happened? what happened? let’s see). So that is more exciting for an audience.”
Taapsee further said that such things don’t get her movies, her work speaks for her so she doesn’t need to appease a section of media. In fact, she goes on to say that they are not even direct media, they are so-called media because they just want clicks on their portals.
In her words, “Mujhe ye cheezein picturein laa ke nahi de rahi (These things aren’t getting me movies). My movies speak for themselves. So I don’t have to appease a section of so-called media, I don’t even call them direct media because they’re serving their vested interest ki koi humare portal par click kar de bas (that someone just clicks on their portal). I don’t call them media. Media is not supposed to desperately put out lines or videos jiss pe bas click karna pade (that are clickbait).”

As of now, Taapsee Pannu is gearing up for the release of her upcoming movie “Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba” which is slated to release on 9 August on a digital platform.

The movie also stars Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal in important roles and it is directed by Jayprad Desai. It is a sequel of 2021 released “Hasseen Dillruba” in which Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey played the role of a married couple.
