During an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on Reddit, paparazzo Varinder Chawla answered various questions from Bollywood fans. When asked if the Ambanis call paparazzi to cover their events or if the photographers arrive on their own, Varinder clarified that the Ambanis do not need to invite them. He wrote, “Do you think they need to call paps, lol.”

He also shed light on whether all celebrities invite paparazzi. He explained that while some stars call paparazzi for movie promotions and airport sightings, others are followed by paparazzi to locations like restaurants, gyms, and clinics. “Our team follows their car and then goes to the site,” he said. He added that tips about celebrity sightings come from various sources, including an unexpected one: beggars in Mumbai. “You will not believe, many beggars in Mumbai have the number of our staff who calls,” he revealed.
Recently, the Ambanis hosted the second pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant on a cruise, attended by Bollywood celebrities like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan, and others. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are set to tie the knot on July 12.
