Gwen Stefani enjoyed time in Italy with all four of her boys: husband Blake Shelton and her three sons.
According to photos obtained by Hello! magazine, Stefani, 54, recently spent a sunny day walking in Rome with Shelton, 47 and sons Kingston, 18, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10, whom she shares with with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
Stefani’s sons looked all grown up as they toured the historic city with their mom and stepdad, wearing loose-fitting vacation attire that matched Stefani and Shelton’s own casual looks. (The No Doubt frontwoman, known for her iconic style, wore cutoff denim shorts over black leggings and an over-the-shoulder tee, while Shelton kept it country casual in a green button-down, jeans, sneakers and a baseball cap.)
Stefani and Shelton weren’t afraid to pack on the PDA while strolling down the streets with their arms wrapped around each other.

The “God’s Country” singer, who wed Stefani in 2021 after meeting and falling on The Voice in 2015, has been candid about his close relationship with his stepsons and how becoming a stepfather changed his life.
In April, Shelton shared how the boys were growing like weeds.
“Next month, we’ve got an 18-year-old, which it blows my mind that already happened. And in a couple of years, we’ll have another 18-year-old. And that’s … it’s gonna be I guess a lot more alone time, which I’m not mad about that either,” he told Entertainment Tonight, joking: “But we still have Apollo, so we have another almost 10 years before we can kick him out, so it should be a lot of fun.”
As for how he adjusted to becoming a stepparent, Shelton told ET that he had to “take a step back” and step out of himself to put the children first.
“When people say it’s not about you anymore when you have a kid … I think, if you’re doing it right, it’s not about you anymore. That’s true,” he shared.
