Katie Price shaken as police visit her Mucky Mansion property

Katie Price captured the moment police had rushed to her Sussex property after reports of a white van loitering outside of the home.

The TV star has been left shaken after being informed that a white transit van with eight people was spotted on the grounds of her Mucky Mansion but she has now been granted 24-hour security to protect her home.

Taking to her Instagram account, the 44-year-old former glamour model wrote: “Rushed to my home after being informed of a white transit van with eight people not from this area waiting in my grounds.

She added: “A thanks to Sussex police who were instantly there and who are guarding the property. After the recent acid attack at the mansion, all breaches of security are taken seriously by all now. There is 24-hour security now at the property for protection.”

It comes just days after she revealed she’d been a victim of another vicious attack when an individual poured acid on her Range Rover while she was staying at the mansion. Speaking on her podcast, Katie – who is currently dealing with bankruptcy issues and an eviction notice – said: “So, my house is in the middle of nowhere, and I’ve had nothing but bad luck in that house. It doesn’t matter what it is, it’s bad luck. I can’t wait to get out of it, like I’ve said on this show.”

She added: “Now, what’s really scary is, a few months ago, people vandalised my gates, saying you f*****g whore, you s**g, and all of that. I’ve had lots of incidents, and now my car was parked by my front door and there’s other cars parked there. Someone has thrown acid all over my pink Range Rover.”

“So I thought, ‘acid is serious’ and for someone to actually go and buy that quantity, to then think they can go a hundred metres up my driveway in the middle of nowhere and pour that on my car when we’re all in bed asleep and I didn’t hear anything.” Police are now appealing for any witnesses who saw the incident happen, to come forward. A statement was released stating: “Officers engaged with the informant to identify any viable lines of enquiry.”

They added to The Sun: “No reasonable lines of enquiry have been identified at this stage, but anyone with information that could help is asked to contact police online or via 101, quoting serial 1053 of 26/05.”

After being declared bankrupt for a second time in March 2024, Katie was served an eviction notice to leave her Horsham, West Sussex, home, where she had been living since 2014 last month. The mum-of-five is now reportedly said to be living with her Married At First partner JJ Slater, whom she began dating earlier this year, after police advised her to move out of the property following the attack.

Katie broke the news while removal trucks swarmed her property as she captioned a picture of her Mucky Mansion: “Due to (an) acid attack on my car at my house, I’ve now been advised by authorities not to stay at Mucky Mansion anymore.”
