Katie Price was unable to contain her joy for half-sister Sophie after learning the latter was pregnant with her second child.
The 34-year-old, who co-hosts The Katie Price Show podcast with her famous older sister, took to her Instagram account on Wednesday, May 1, announcing the big news to a crowd of adoring well-wishers with a snap alongside her partner, Harry, and their first-born son Albert, showing off the results of a recent baby scan.
Sophie revealed in her caption that the family will welcome their newest addition at the end of the year: “Round two… Due November 2024 #pregnant #secondtrimester #babydue2024.” This prompted a series of comments from her followers bidding the clan congratulations – and Katie Price was among the Instagram users to express their glee online.

Taking to her own Instagram story this Wednesday, the former glamour model, 45, shared her sister’s post, adding a loving caption: “I’m going to be an auntie again”, she wrote alongside a string of red heart emojis.
Katie has been a great source of support for her younger half-sister throughout the years and was just was overjoyed when she welcomed Albert into the world in 2021. At the time of his birth, the new mum shared on Instagram: “We’re finally home. Harry, me and our little Albert.”
Once again, Katie celebrated the happy event with the couple by welcoming her nephew with a social media post. “So proud of my sister @sophie_pricey and Harry unfortunately I wasn’t able to be at the hospital because of Covid but were with them all the way through! I love you Sophie and Harry and my gorgeous nephew Albert welcome to the parent world and lack of sleep”, she wrote at the time.
The mum-of-five is reportedly eager to grow her large family after confirming her romance with Married at First Sight’s JJ Slater. One source recently claimed to The Sun: “She’s happy and she has always said she wants even more children so that’s what she’s aiming for. She knows she doesn’t have much time if she wants to try.”
But there’s one issue for Katie, who is worried she may not have enough time to conceive: “Katie has always fallen pregnant quite easily in the past, but now she is older, she worried it might not happen as quickly, so she doesn’t want to wait until it’s too late.”
Katie is weighing out her options for baby number six, particularly amid her ex-husband Peter Andre welcoming his fifth child, daughter Arabella, with wife Emily MacDonagh. Another source told OK! Magazine: “Katie has spoken to doctors about having another baby and understands that there are risks because of her age, but she’s very defiant about becoming a mum again.” They added: “She did IVF with Carl but it didn’t work for them and the hope of a sixth baby hasn’t gone away.” Could another Price baby be expected?
