Helen Flanagan joins David Haye’s throuple after string of dates

Helen Flanagan has been on a series of dates with polyamorous David Haye … while he is still happily in a relationship with long-term model girlfriend Sian Osborne.

Former boxing champ David, 43, who has been dating 31-year-old Sian since 2020, hit the headlines earlier this year when the pair began a “throuple” with Saturdays singer Una Healy, 42.

But the three-way relationship broke down in February. And David and Helen have now “reconnected” after appearing together in the I’m A Celebrity jungle in 2012. The pair were photographed together with Sian at a Heineken after-party following a boxing event at the Ovo Arena, Wembley, in May.

Onlookers described the trio as being “flirty”. Sian is understood to be fully aware of the pair’s dates. A source close to the former Corrie star said: “Helen reconnected with David earlier this year. They got on like a house on fire and have been messaging a lot since.

“Helen and Sian have also met and hit it off straight away. Helen’s a very open-minded person and all three got on well. Helen has had some difficult dating experiences since becoming single but is really enjoying David’s company.”

Helen split from Bristol Rovers player Scott Sinclair last year, after 13 years. The source added: “Helen and David got on well in the jungle, and so have seen each other a fair bit over the years. But recently they seem to have really clicked and had that chemistry. They’re having a lot of fun together.”

Irish pop star Una said after their split that she had agreed to date David as it was “casual, not serious”. But she said he then brought Sian into the relationship, insis­ting the girls got to know each other on trips to Morocco and Costa Rica.

She said: “There’s no dynamic there… she’s not my girlfriend, he’s both our boyfriend, and I just thought, ‘I’m out, you can have him.” David and Sian later posted selfies with new pal Mica Jova, in April, in Costa Rica. But they have not been seen together since.

Representatives for Helen and David last night did not respond to requests for comment.
