Taylor Swift jets to Kansas City to support Travis Kelce after crushing defeat

Taylor Swift has jetted out of Green Bay and back to Kansas City after watching boyfriend Travis Kelce lose for the first time.

The Kansas City Chiefs took on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night – but failed to secure a victory against their rivals losing 27-19 to them at Lambeau Field. The defeat was the first time Taylor has turned up to a game and not seen the Chiefs win, with fans joking that she had become their lucky charm.

However, it wasn’t meant to be on her fifth time in the stands cheering on Travis and the global superstar headed back to her private jet less than six hours after arriving in Green Bay alongside Travis’ team mate Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes.

The two women were seen arriving in snowy Wisconsin together, with Taylor wrapping up warm in a red fluffy coat, while Brittany wore a red and black baseball jacket with her husband’s shirt number 15 emblazoned across the back. Taylor was seen hurriedly heading back to her jet following the game to return to Kansas City.

The outing to support her new beau comes after she was forced to deny claims that she had secretly wed her ex-boyfriend of six years Joe Alwyn prior to their split. The chart-topping star faced a fresh batch of rumours about her personal life last week when celebrity gossip Instagram account DeuxMoi shared a post claiming that the pair had a “marriage” ceremony in 2020 or 2021. The allegation prompted Taylor’s publicist Tree Paine to hit back at the account with a social media post of their own.

Taking to X she wrote: “Enough is enough with these fabricated lies about Taylor from Deuxmoi. There was NEVER a marriage or ceremony of ANY kind. This is an insane thing to post. It’s time for you to be held accountable for the pain and trauma you cause with posts like these.”

DeuxMoi also shared a speculative post that claimed Taylor’s song You’re Losing Me was written about a miscarriage which caused a rift between her and Joe. Following Tree’s post to X, DeuxMoi removed the upload from their account.

They did however write a response which was also subsequently deleted. It read: “Well I make zero dollars from lying… can publicists say the same.” They then continued: “Also, to relate something that is in reference to something that happened years ago to ‘pain & trauma’ after what just happened seems like a poor choice of words. Either way, I apologize to Taylor.”

Back in April it was reported that Taylor, 33, and Joe, 32, had made the decision to end their relationship after six years. While they were an item they kept the details of their relationship largely secret.
