I’m A Celeb fans convinced they know who’ll be voted out of jungle and sent home

The first I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here eviction has been confirmed and fans think they know who’ll be leaving.

Viewers have been gobsmacked by the drama so far on this year’s series, with campmates Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears exiting the jungle early due to medical reasons. Food columnist Grace has since released a statement regarding her departure from the camp, as she shared her sadness over having to quit the hugely popular show.

Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have been thrown by the unprecedented early exits of two celebs, and show bosses were forced to rethink the upcoming evictions. Historically, the first eviction is at the end of November, but after the camp lost two members, plans had to change at the last minute.

Now, it’s been confirmed that the first eviction date will be in just 24 hours, airing on Sunday, with former UKIP leader Nigel Farage and YouTube star Nella Rose the favourites to be voted out and head over the rope bridge to meet Ant and Dec. But viewers appear to have figured out who will be voted out first.

Since the news was confirmed, fans have flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their views on the matter. This time, fans are voting to save their favourite celebrities, rather than voting to evict. Taking to X, one said: “Vote for anyone but Nella! Vote to save! #ImACeleb.” A second added: “Remember to vote for WHO YOU WANT TO SAVE!! don’t vote Nella if you want her out!! #ImACeleb.” A third commented: “If it was vote to evict then Nella would be 100% be leaving. I’m not sure who will go tomorrow though #ImACeleb.”

However, some also believe that controversial former MEP Farage might be sent packing. “Please do not save Farage #imaceleb,” pleaded one viewer. Another added: “Just used 4 of my votes for Nella cause I’ll be damned if she leaves before Nigel Farage #ImACeleb.”

Former politician Farage sparked a furious debate over his participation on the show, following disgraced former health secretary Matt Hancock’s appearance on the show last year. However, Nella has upset viewers after her fiery run-in with beloved First Dates star Fred Sirieix, after she blasted him over a comment about her father.

The ITV series has been rocked in recent days by the exits of Jamie Lynn and Grace, and there have also been problems with bad weather and bad ratings with up to two million fewer viewers than last year on some nights. One show source said: “They are all struggling in that camp, not just the ones who quit, everyone seems to be finding it tough this year and there is still a long way to go.

“It is hard to put your finger on exactly what has caused it but if anyone else was to quit or leave on medical grounds now we would have a full-blown crisis on our hands. Nella Rose has said she might go and she is not alone in feeling the pressure in there either.” The show’s eviction process would normally start on Friday (December 1) and then run throughout next week until the final but they may start later or be less frequent next week to cover the lack of contestants left.

Before the series began the show execs promised the hardest trials ever and the toughest test for celebrities. But with the added pressure of camping in storms the tactics may have backfired, and already some TV sources are suggesting the show may need a revamp in 2024 so I’m A Celebrity can maintain its status as ITV’s biggest entertainment show.
